Charly Zwemstra
Charly is founder of Main Capital Partners, the international software investment group, and founder of CZ Capital, the family owned investment practice. Previously Charly was partner at Alpinvest where he founded the technology investment practice and supervised the portfolio of software companies.
In his role as managing partner and chief investment officer of Main Capital Partners, he is overall responsible for the international group. With regard to CZ Capital, Charly defined the investment strategy for the team. His experience lies in combining organic growth with acquisition and integration strategy to bring companies to leading levels in terms of size, profitability and international profile. He has been a board member of over 50 software companies and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen (RUG).

Corinne Zwemstra
Corinne has been active in the family-owned investment firm CZ Capital since 2019, where she is responsible for executing the investment strategy and business development.
Prior to this, Corinne founded MyBrandportal and Creators Dock and, offering a combination of a SaaS-based asset library software and branding services. Her expertise lies in driving companies to stronger market positions by implementing licensing strategies and securing strategic partnerships. Drawing on her family background, she is experienced in developing and managing real estate. Corinne holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University.
